'Y' (Youth Group)

he purpose of ‘Y’ is to endeavour to meet the needs of the youth in school years 7–10.

● To help them to grow in faith, to have fun and to develop friendships.

● To provide them with opportunities to learn, challenge and question their faith and to present Christ to them.

● To help them act out their faith in their everyday life.

● To celebrate that life with fun and friendship. Learning to understand a little about the fullness of joy!!

‘Y’ is held in the parish hall on Friday nights during school term from 7 pm to 9 pm.

Cost: $15 per term for the first family member, then $10 for additional members of the same family.

Age: School years 7–10. Those in Year 6 are welcome to join during Term 4.

Please remember your $15 for the term and give to Denis. If you have not filled in an Indemnity Form please obtain one from Denis.

Theme—Chocolate!!! and chocolate making.

Friday, 14 May—Serendipity Night.

If you have a digital camera or can borrow one, please bring it tonight.

Friday, 21 May—‘Pool Room’ Night just hangin’ together.
(Using the ping pong table, soccer game, billiards and air hockey. Plus card tables and board games. All night supper and music.)

Parents required for transport and there is a cost involved.
