The group does not follow a formal agenda, but rather the aim being to meet for an informal social gathering on the first Tuesday of each month from 10.30 am to 12 noon.

We have morning tea while catching up on family news and craftwork.

Friendship Circle was born out of the Ladies' Auxiliary, which was struggling a little because many of the ladies were having to answer to ‘Mother Nature and Old Father Time'! Rather than disband completely, with a little help and guidance from the vicar, we became a group of friends who meet for fellowship. Hence the name Friendship Circle.

An interesting note is that in one form or another, this group has been going at St Paul's for more than 128 years. When one member of the group passed away at the age of 98 years, she bequeathed to us the photo albums she had compiled of past events. She was the photographer for many of the group's events over the years. The albums are more than 35 years old and are very interesting from an historical point of view in relation to St Paul's.

We are a small group and new members are always welcome.
